By undoing the zip at the bottom of these jodhpurs they look more like jeans, which was useful if I was planning on going elsewhere after the yard. The material has a fair amount of stretch and I found them comfortable to ride in, but you do have to fiddle to get the zips completely flat before putting your boots or half chaps on. Also, you have to remember to tuck the pocket lining in when you first put them on, I went out with the linings half hanging out and they looked like elephant ears!
They've washed well and I like the concept of these jodhpurs.
