I do really love these boots - Great value, they are comfy and warm and I have worn them to ride in and around the yard as well as for nipping to the supermarket on my way home. However, one of them fits great especially now they have worn in but the other boot has sunk terribly despite the fact I have only had them a month, it's like the lining had totally collapsed. So annoying!

I bought these boots in November 09. Have worn them in snow, ice, mud and for riding. Can say that so far they have been fab! They are comfortable and the right leg length and have kept my feet warm even in the really cold weather we've had recently. I got these to replace Ariat Grassmere's which I found really hard to get on with anything other than thin socks as the lining around the heel had collapsed. I fully recommend these boots!

Personally, I wouldn't do yard work in anything other than steel toe capped boots, so these are really and "out and about" boot for me. Having said that, I have popped into the yard and then hosed the mud off them afterwards and they haven't suffered! I can also wear these boots all day and not feel any ill effects. The waterproof element was also thoroughly tested by walking into the sea on the North Devon coast! Again, no leaks, warm dry feet - no complaints! I would certainly have another pair!

i started wearing my boots in march after the snow had gone and i have just returned them. The lining split inside and the sole was so thin it felt likely to break through at any point. The boots were not ridden in nor worn everyday and for the money they did not last any real length of time.

They fit well enough and were comfortable and warm however the insoles started to disintegrate after about 6 months of daily wear and not long after that they lost their waterproof qualities and I had to give up on them after about 9 months which didn't seem like a long time for what they cost.

Re: Dublin River boots

seeing your reply reminded me of mine, i had to take them back as the lining all split and the sole was so thin it wore through after only a month or so of use.  i was not impressed with them at all in the end

RE: Dublin River boots

i got a pair for xmas, which i had to choose and try on cos of my larger calfs and i was impressed. They went on easily even with jeans on so have a good width of leg. Not worn them out yet but sure they will keep me warm and dry.
