I love Mountain Horse boots and saw these at Your Horse Live last year. They fitted beautifully and were so comfortable. I loved riding in them until about a month later, they split across the toe on my left foot. Gutted. I decided to write to Mountain Horse as I had bout them direct at the show and had no reply. I wrote a again...no reply. I posted a link on Facebook, no reply. So I've spent a lot of money on a pair of boots that have looked a mess and that have not had the waterproof qualities that I would expect of a boot with the word 'Winter' in its name. As I said before...Gutted!

After one month of light use these boots split across the toe crease. They were returned and I then found out that they have recognised a fault with these boots. As it is now Feb insulated boots are few and far between. I asked Mountain Horse to contribute towards an upgrade to the Fusion but they rudely said NO. Sadly they have lost a loyal customer because of poor customer service with a fault they are aware of. I was offered a refund only which I was entiltled to within my my statutory rights.

Exactly has just happened to mine after four weeks, on the right boot. Taking them back tomorrow, showing the store this review, will ask for my money back!
