The Valentine is a stylish piece of riding kit, and features a lightweight shock absorbing foam, removable cover with moulded eva cushioning bars. For comfort, this Harry Hall body protector has elasticated front strap, and for rider safety reflective piping and red correct fitting indicators.

This body protector allowed good range of movement and I quickly forgot I was wearing it. I’ve used it for cross-country schooling many times and, while it was a little bulky to start with, it has moulded nicely to me and is comfortable to wear.

It also looks great with grey, black and blue panels – very smart. The protector has fully opening Velcro fastenings on both shoulders and at the sides, with an elasticated clip fastening at the front. This does make it a bit fiddly to get into, as all but one of the fastenings needs to be undone, but means you’re able adjust the protector to fit you perfectly. In general, I find the Valentine body protector comfortable and practical. It’s excellent value for money compared to similar products.

I won’t hesitate to wear it for schooling or training in the future.

its comfy but when you first get it it can be realy stiff.The velcro sometimes rips when I mount and that means you need to tighten it all again. Apart from that it is good value for money and is safe.

I recently bought this body protector (i think it was this one anyway!) and i'm not a fan of body protectors but i really like this one. I made sure that it fit right and it's much comfier than any other body protector I have tried in the past. After a few minutes you forget you are wearing it! I also like the style and the price is great for what it is! I would definately recommend it to others.
