Showjumper and dressage rider Malcolm Holthausen says:
This system is great for more novice or young riders and certainly does the majority of what it claims. But I feel more advanced riders will find them too restrictive as once their boot is ‘clipped in’ the corresponding grooves, it greatly restricts your movement. In fact, I never realised how much I do adjust my position until I tried these!
