Features: The Horseware Ireland Amigo 1200 denier medium turnout rug has 200g filling, making it suitable for autumn and milder winter days. It has a 1200 denier nylon outer, which should make it tough enough to stand up to plenty of use, and is also designed to be waterproof and breathable. It’s lined with nylon to help prevent rug rubs, has Horseware’s newly-designed leg arch at the front, and a tail flap. There are surcingle-style fastenings at the chest and cross surcingles at the belly. There is also a 600 denier version of the rug available, which does not have the option to attach a hood.

Size Options: 4ft to 7ft.
Colour Options: navy/silver, red/pumice, wedgewood blue/sky blue and excalibur/khaki.

I bought one of these rugs after my horse outgrew her Rhino m/weight turnout and can say that it has performed really well! Excellent value for money, fits really well (I also have the hood) and keeps my horse warm and dry - no rubbing and a good length. I won't go back to buying the Rhino / Rambo rugs now as this has performed just as well for almost half the price - also have the heavyweight version which is excellent aswell! ***** !!!

After owing my mare for 10 years I have finally found a rug that fits her perfectly! To put it politely she has a rather big bottom ! and big shoulders, this means that any rug I have previously bought her just doesn't fit. No matter how many different types of surcingles and leg straps the rugs have they always ended up hanging off her side and providing nice big rubs on her shoulders. Problem no more - this rug only has the normal chest straps and two cross over surcingles but still stays in the correct place no matter how much the 'Mud Magnet' rolled. Her bottom also now stays nice and dry thanks to the nice big tail flap!! Thank You Horseware - I will definately be investing in another one ready for autumn!!
