The diluted solution lathered well and heavy dirt lifted easily. I wanted a white horse so following the instructions I left the shampoo to soak for five minutes before rinsing. It rinsed easily and his coat had a smooth, conditioned feel for a few days. He was a sharp white and his tail was tangle free without using any other products. I would get quite a few washes out of this bottle.
