Good for horses with thick manes and tails but do not use if you intend to plait as it breaks the hair off to thin it and leaves you with lots of short wiry bits which would be impossible to plait.

This saves so much time and trims and thins so easily. I used to use the solo comb but it used to clog up so badly and go blunt, but the mane rake gaves a good finish and doesn't look cut. I also use it to tidy up a pulled tail and everyone in the yard is always borrowing it as it is such a handy tool

these are fantastic especially if you have a horse that hates having its mane pulled. layla is headshy but she let me do all of her mane including up by her ears which i haven't been able to do before. i don't know what i would do without mine now!
