I found these trimmers easy to hold and use. They are more powerful than the other trimmers and could do a partial clip, making them useful for introducing young horses to clipping. For this test, I only used them for trimming around the head and legs, which they managed easily. You can alter the cutting length, which I like as an additional feature, it allows you quite a bit of flexibility in the final hair length. They come with two rechargeable batteries so you can trim for longer.
They’re the most expensive we tested, but if you’re looking for powerful trimmers that will also do a bit of clipping, they would be ideal.
