These boots were very easy to fit with good quality elastic straps so you can get them on nice and securely; however I did need to put them on tighter than other boots to get them to mould around the leg. They don’t look that soft in the packet but they surprise you when you get them out. They look smart but unfortunately the front boots did twist round a little after heavy use – but they didn’t slip down or hold water and they washed well. I think for an all-round boot they are great but I’d like a little more protection for bigger cross-country courses. The price is the same as for some of the top competition boots, so not the best for value.
