Your Horse testers say:

These boots proved simple, lightweight, effective and smart. The three single touch and close fastenings were extremely quick and easy to fasten, and secure. The neoprene is soft and pliable around the leg, resulting in a good fit, good  comfort and no movement. The strike pad is large and gives adequate protection, while not being too thick or clumsy. Once again, a neoprene boot with little in the way of frills, although it’s nicely finished and the stitching is recessed. The edges aren’t bound, but for £9.95 these are a great budget buy for everyday wear.

used once in a flatwork lesson and had to stop and remove the boots after 15min, the inside striking pad had ripped and was flapping about...complained to shires who did'nt want to know...waste of time

I bought these to use as everyday boots to save my (white) Masta Brushing Boots for shows. I put them on, which was quite difficult and starting working my horse. Within 10 - 15 minutes the strike pad had worn through and once the stuffing had popped out just left thin neoprene to protect his legs. The strike pad is made of a synthetic material that on reflection just isn't thick enough. I took them back and got a refund. I think these boots are only for horses that don't really need brushing boots and definately not value for money given the price of some other economy boots with solid strike pads.
