I own two horses, an 11 year old warmblood and a 3 year old knabstrupper cross traditional cob, and co-own a 10 year old coloured cob with my husband. I work as a senior nurse but horses are what makes me tick.
I enjoy dressage but hate cold winter days and tend to chicken out of riding in winter if I can get away with it! My husband likes to show jump and is BSJA registered so it tends to be difficult to decide who gets to go to which show! I'm just as happy to groom for him as I am to ride myself. The horses I have had in the past have provided me with a lot of learning due to their various difficulties and personalities and as a result I'm quite good with sick horses and those needing to learn to trust people again.
