You can't show her as a traditional as she doesn't have any feather, she would need lots of feather for a traditional, unless it has been clipped and hasn't grown back yet. What breeding is she? If she hasnative in her then you can show her natural as a native x, if not then if you want to show her as a cob then you will nedd to hog and clip off the bit of feather that she does have.

I have attached a photo of my girl to show the feather that you need. She doesn't have enough yet as she is still young but it will get thicker as she gets older and i will be showing her as a traditional if it grows enough like i thnk it will.

thankyou, micki ! that makes more sence, the old owners had trimmed her feathers so i'm hopeing she will grow big feathers,  although we dont know her breeding as she was brought from gypsies when she was a yearling, but she is quite stocky and has a full tail and thick mane (which i plaited today to get it to go the right side!:)ahaa ) thankyou for the help:) xxxx plus you cob is just lovely!! xxx

She looks adorable. I would say with the feathering that shehas she could have welsh section d in  her(she reminds me of my friends pony that is a section d) so you could do native classes, which is why i asked if she had any native in her. Hope you have loads of fun with her whatever you decide to do with her.
