As she has only just been backed, maybe she doesn't understand what you want rather than won't listen. Go back to basics and get to a point where she did do / understand what you wanted and slowly add more.  Think of it as you have only just started to read, but you are expected to read a classic like Great Expectations. You wont understand most of it. Its not that you cant read, you can only understand the smaller words at first. Does that make sense? x

So i should go back to the start? do you think lunging her would help or long reining? what should i work on first?
