As some of you know me and Merlin's competition acheivements have been very few! Heis still very green. Our only rosettes have been for a few gymkhanas and very very small clear rounds (about 1ft!!)

But yesterday at a hunt show we entered a clear round (2'3-2'6!!!) and even though the ground was AWFUL with all the rain- he pulled out all the stops and we went clear.

Only a clear round class but it was good for our confidence i think! Before the class I told myself we'd trot most of it but we ended up cantering the whole way!

Then, we went and waited around for Meg and her pony scarlet in the WHP and Merlin stood still for about half an hour watching the class, only a little fidgety and didnt touch the grass! Very proud of him :)
