Some of you may remember me posting about Monty kicking me on the bum about 8 weeks ago - well I still have a fairly big haematoma and some bruising left, still can't wear jeans or jods or anything tight and fitting, so slopping round in tracky bums / baggy shorts depending on the weather......

And then yesterday I managed to get a foot caught in some brambles when gardening, tripped forward and ended flat on my face with my left leg bent up under me, pulling the (is this right?) gluteus maximus muscle in the top of my leg / round my bum - and of course it had to be the same side as the kick.

Not my summer, obviously....:o(

Oh for goodness sake! You are as bad as 3MMM!

Mind you I've got a pinched nerve in my shoulder that has been coming and going since Xmas, got it from walking our huge alsation who pulls like a steam train.

 Every time I decide to go to the docs, it goes away, then comes back a few weeks later!

Anyway,hope all gets better soon.  x

At least you've got an excuse to not do the gardening, lol!

You are certainly not having much luck lately ! I hope that the fall has'nt caused too much damage, you can do without anymore injuries. I caught my foot in the electric tape ( it was'nt on at the time ) the other day and fell splat on my face in the mud. OH laughed his head off, after a bit of swearing I did see the funny side though ! Wishing you well soon, take care, Lyn XX

Thanks for your good wishes ladies - and Jen, I hope your shoulder gets better soon, and Lyn, hope you weren't hurt.

Yes I did some swearing too..... and OHs always laugh - mind you if my OH does something like that I do tend to laugh at him, so I spose it all equals out.

What is up with us lot and our horses?  Greyandbay that sound's painful, you need to get a teacup of epsom salts and add it to a lovely warm bath, soak for 30 minutes, do this 3 times a week and you will soon be feeling 100% again - trust me it works :-)  Best time to do it is before bed you will then sleep really well too.

My arm looks fabulous, lovely colours! Yesterday I came flying out of ZZ's stable and ran straight into the post - I love my fancy posts and canopy but if I am honest the posts do get in the way!  I now have an egg on head to match my arm. Sigh.

There is no greater gift than to share time with a creature of such beauty - The Horse.

Who put that post there.....oh dear, you sound very accident prone at the moment, please take care, or you'll be lovely colours all over, and hope your egg head goes down quickly.
