I have a 2 year old dales pony. I have owned him a year and recently seen his teeth looking like this, i wanted to see if anyone had ever seen this before or if anyone knows what it is or and advice will be greatfull before i call vet/dentist

I havent seen this before. I have read somewhere about teeth falling out and replaced by the "adult" teeth.
