worming advice needed please!!!

I've bought rescue horse, she's a 7 year old mare in foal with her 6th foal, she's came from a gypsy home and has been so badly beaten that I can't get near her.   I've found redworm in her poo but can't worm her as I can't get close.

Can anyone recomend a liquid or powder wormer to treat redworm that is suitable for a mare in foal.

Thanks in advance for any help!

The best thing to do is speak to your vet in the morning to get proper advice. We can say use this product or that product but we aren't experts and with her being in foal you really do need to talk to  vet tht knows their stuff. Good luck with her.

Unfortunately I have been where you are with a rescue horse, mine was an ex-racehorse Chestnut Mare 17.2h it was eaqsier to say what was right with her than wrong, she was also BC2, the Vet is your best friend call asap, time and patience required, mine had worms and tapeworm she was treated for a week with the one liquid wormer waited 24 hours then another type of wormer, I wish you and your horse the very best of luck and success.

Gypsy Gold does not chink & glitter. It gleams in the sun and neighs in the dark.Tonka & Lara my beautiful horses RIP, Nelson,Chloe & Kitty the cats.
