I have been betrayed

Hi guys!

I bought Shona a couple of months ago now and she has settled in fine and i had a saddler over to check her saddle (shes my first pony and i didnt know very much about saddles!) because I thought it looked weird. So! She looked at it and bits... I thought it was fine and she goes round and says 'it doesnt fit! how much have you be riding her?' i replied "quite a bit the owners said she has all ways been riden in that saddle!"

I talked to some people about it and they said they had a brown saddle not a BLACK throughbred saddle! Grr! Now i have to buy a new saddle! travel stuff feed ect. Its costing me a fortune!! I had to get a new girth too!! Grr!! Shona and the bridle is the only thing that works or fits!!

Many Thanks

Angry Lotty & troublesome Shona

Bareback saddles are the way forwards!!! Me and my friend Emily swear by ours, You can hack, jump, do all the normal stuff in them and never need to have them fitted!

You still have stirrups so loads of balance....less tack cleaning and less weight for the horse to carry! xxx

Very often a horse thats comes with tack its not the tack that actually is for that horse usually some rubbish which to me is breach of contract when you purchase horse with tack, also the other thing is when they offer to have the horse back if a problem get it in writing as it will never happen, talking here from experience unfortunately and a set of teeth later.

Gypsy Gold does not chink & glitter. It gleams in the sun and neighs in the dark.Tonka & Lara my beautiful horses RIP, Nelson,Chloe & Kitty the cats.
