If your looking for a pair of long riding boots..

I've got a wonderful recommendation I'd love to share with you guys. I'm really short (5'1 lol) and really wanted to get a smart pair of long boots..Long being the key word here! This fit me beautifully (after breaking in) but would also fit a taller person.

I just want to rave about them cos they are my new best friend, it took some wearing them in the house and short rides to see how comfortable they are. I've only ridden in them about 7-8 times and they are ridiculously comfortable. They seem to keep my lower leg really still which is also wonderful. They look smart as well and they are so easy to clean.

Saxon Equileather fieldboots ;) and they are only around £50-60. I'm definitely considering buying a second pair as my pair at the moment will not be my last!

I bought a pair as well, only recently but they were much too long for me, (5ft) even though they were only a 3.5 size.  Trying to get rid of them now as they are brand new!  They aren't the field boots though just normal dress boot.

I use these as my second pair to my Mark Todds and they're amazing! Super comfy, broke in really well and suited my leg (I'm quite tall) I'm really glad you like them.

However one sadly is getting a hole. :( They've been admired loads though, they're very unique and classy.

Oops!  I was just thinking I think they're the ones we bought for my daughter - zip didn't last as long as 3 months.  Hopefully it's just bad luck!

My long leather boots cost me £15 at an equestrian boot fair - no idea what make but they have leather soles and lining and are so comfortable for riding in!

Re: If your looking for a pair of long riding boots..

Hello,

So you've had them... 61 days now, can you let me know what they're like??

I've just been looking at these because they're such a good price and thought i'd look at forums to decide whether to get laced or plain ones... views welcome...they do look very smart but I'd rather pay an extra £100 and get some that will last more than 3 months if I have to.

Thanks all,

Francesca xx
