Hello, New Here

Hello just thought I would say hello and tell a bit about my horse. I own an IDx gelding 6 years who I backed myself, I have owned him 3 years now. He is a big fella at 16.2h and he is currently out with his competition rider getting ready for Heavy Weight Show Hunter classes this season.

Re: Hello, New Here

Hi there, and welcome to the forum.

A friend has an ID x gelding, and yes, he's a big lad too.....!!

Sounds like you'll be having a busy season with him, but if you get a chance to load up any photos you have of him, that'd be great, we love photos on here.

We have 4 horses, my own 22 year old 15hh retired cob mare Bracken, a rescue 15.1 gelding Monty, and the 2 most recent that we've taken on, Fate, a 14.2 cob mare, and Captain the black shettie.

Look forward to chatting,

Sue xx

Re: Hello, New Here

hi and welcome to the forum!

Another ID fan here - although mine is fully bred. Only had her for 5 months (sadly part of that i was out of action following having my gallbladder removed) but she is a good girl. she is only 5 and a big girl...sold as 16.2, but easily 17hh! Very big compared to my others...who are 14.2 and 14.3 Welsh D x!!!
