Im so jealouse of the people in south wales, the hills and beaches look amazing to ride thru. One day i will convince my  gran to let me take horses to the holiday cottage it looks like heaven to ride around.

We moved down here from Reading 7 years ago. Got fed up of the rat race, so moved down with the family and animals. Best move ever.

I'm in Lancaster as I study at the University & moving in with my boyfriend here. Unfortunately, my pony is over 300 miles away near the family home in South Devon as he refuses to travel (unless in a big, herringbone lorry under sedation - so not really feasible to get him up here ); I have to make do with seeing him when I can afford to go home for a while. Luckily my sister & a couple of friends ride him but still having to think about putting him out on loan locally. Although I am slowly convincing my boyfriend that we can get a horse once we are both in steady employment - only have to wait a couple more years hopefully.

I'm in ross-shire, scottish highlands. Horses are 1.3 miles from house (gotta love it!), we haven't had any serious snow this year just cold.

It has been calculated thay any two thoroughbreds picked at random will on average have more than 13% of their genes in common.

My local stables is a five min drive away.

I'm in West Oxfordshire, in a town 15mins away from Oxford. Pony lives 10mins away from that at my riding school on the edge of a village. Good hacking around!

On the edge of Bath in North East Somerset at the moment, and my ponies are only a two second stroll down the lane which I love, rubbish hacking though :(
