Is there a shoemaker in or near Brighton which can change the size of the upper part of my riding boots? I bought them when i was 16, used them until i was 19, now 11 years later i tried to get them on but my legs obviously got thicker. :)

Have you tried your local saddler, may do a better job if  you can not find a cobbler.
