 so much has changed.. Parsley is now 24 and like a mini racehorse! So many have lost/sold/acquired new neddies etc! I read all 6 pages again

Age: 12

Breed : TB mare 16.1hh Bright Bay.

Desc: Beau is a kind natured TB mare with a cheeky personality. She has raced six times in her early career. I bought her in Dec 2011, from a lady who was scared to be around her. When i went to view her, she was skin and bone, with a dull looking  coat and back feet. As me and my mum walked into the stable she jumped to the back in fear - At this moment i fell in love as scared as she seemed her eyes stood out so bright and kind... The women said she feared her becasue she gets abit out of hand when she hasnt been turned out ( she had been stuck in her stable all winter ) I took her home with hope i could bring her round and give her a new life full of TLC. Within a month of buying her she had put weight on, gained a healthy looking shiney coat and had her feet neatened and cleaned. She is doing brilliant with the schooling - Aprt from the occasional buck xD hehe, i love her to bits she takes all of my stress and problems away just by being next to her in her stable. Hopefully next year im looking to do abit of showing with her... I will try to attach photo's, every other time its deleted my post and ive had to re type it :( Anyway, i hope you like her, Thanks for taking the time to read this :) x

 My boys:

Apollo (registered El Ghalib) , 14.3 chestnut arabian gelding 22years old, 

Been there and done everything from xc, sj, dressage, team chasing, le trec, hunting, endurance, showing, RDA and even stunts for two films including walking through a burning building! He is the most loyal and loving boy and prefers people to other horses as he is too polite for his own good and gets bullied. To ride he is a total dream in company is not scared of anything including low flying jets. On his own he does silly little spooks to keep me awake but never anything major unless we meet a herd of cows blocking his way then its a quick spin and dash for home as he is petrified of them!

What is coming through is how much our horses mean to us the people who care, but there are some well should not be let anywhere near anything as are cruel, so on this site we all love their characters even if at times you could happily strangle them. Mine knows how to use her weight and sometimes wonder if she is the brightest but now have a new set of bruises this time on my backside when trod on wellington and spun her bum yuck! muddy field, then first thing escaped to follow her new friend and fell over out came the blue vet spray, she also does that trick like my cats of pretending not to be watching what happening and ignoring you but not the case as suddenly appears. This is Sabrina who's character is coming through watch out with full barrows of muck horses have horrible senses of humour.
