 seriously, the fruit in it is AMAZING. i'm really fussy when it comes to dried fruit, i hate nuts & olives so you just tell them the things you don't like, or are allergic too, and they will never send you it. my box today is full of flapjack, dried apple, cranberries, strawberries, raisins & chocolate buttons! i've eaten most of it already...

 I second the graze boxes - they are amazing! I take them in to uni, brilliant to have in your bag if you're not sure how long you're going to be there for or if you're doing a nightshift and need some healthy snacks to keep you going! Seriously amazing!
