went to see the flat and local yard today - omg lol - excellent!

the flat is georgeous - new town house style, groudn floor with patio windows onto our own garden that is maintained by teh landlord!!!!

its small but beautiful - open plan l shaped living rooma nd kitchen, georgeous bathroom - all new ly decoarted, bran dne wlaminate floorign throughout

Its right on teh edge of bradford overlookign halifax moors where the yard is - literally down our road and u can see the paddocks from our living room!

omg the yard - ok a bit more expensive BUT - no mud!!!, excellent facilities - a horsey shower room lol, a horse walker - 2 schools, a special jumping school - its very own cross country course!!!!

its not a yard - its a huge complex! they do diy and full livery, breed horses, brign them in to train etc - they even have an equestrain shop on site!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1 not a little cabin shop but a big proper sells everything shop!!!!

they have 60 horses on livery  - its huge!

excellent hacking - jus tfields and fields behind

Im planning to move in 3 weeks - omg i cannot wait!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

ha just what i said lol - but how brillaint for her - it really coudl tn have been more perfect if id built it all myself lol

now - i jus thave to hope that that school will accept her (its a very good school so hard to be placed there - fingers firmly crossed)

lol and and best thing - the advert said no pets - we have gucci - our 9 yr old shih tsu.

because its grougn floor and ive assured them hes not a complete home wrecker we can take him !!!!

We had so many ifs - i would nt move if flat was horrid, if my dog couldnt come, if local yards were rubbish

im just happy xxxx

the flat isnt that small i cant squezze few of you in lol
