usually i think ,, but then if the horse has had any eye operartions in the past it can be scar tissue

It is usually associated with a damaged eye.  Could be due to something like a cataract or uveitis (moon blindness).

My mare has a small cloudy spot in the part of her eye closest to her ear. It's just a little spot, and the woman that I got her from said that it was probably just a stick or a piece of straw that jagged her sometime when she was young and curious. But she is still responsive. :D

Horses are there for us when we need them. Let's show them we care just as much. STOP HORSE SLAUGHTER!
