Sports?

Obviously horse riding is probably everyone's favourite sport, but I was wondering if anyone does any other sports aswell?

I run (800m & crosscountry for county!), swim, skiied a bit, and I'm hoping to do modern pentathlon next year (running, swimming, shooting, fencing and horseriding - if anyone's done this, please help)

:D

Re: Sports?

Only other sport I do is my yearly skiing holiday and dog walking, but that's not really a sport!  No time for anything else.

Re: Sports?

I try to go to the gym 3 times a week.  There I do the treadmill, cross trainer, gym ball thing and weights.  I dont swim as much as I used to, but I try.   I bought a yoga dvd but its still in the wrapper.  I cant find the motivation to exercise in the house.   I also sometimes walk my mum and dads dogs.  Pretty good for me actually cos I am not a sporty person at all but the last year I have enjoyed doing more exercise and less partying. - Im growing up!

Re: Sports?

I used to be a member of Bannatynes gym - gorgeous gym, but realised how crazy I was paying £50 a month to be a member! Don't guys - I feel sick just thinking about much money I threw away! Used to go a lot but the novelty kinda wore off. Apart from riding I walk the dogs and do a lot of walking on the farm but that's about it. I'm finding xmas shoppin a sport in its own kind - it's tiring me out, lol! X

Re: Sports?

Dog agility, gymnastics, running, cycling, dog walking ( 2 hour treks OUCH) rollerblading (does that count?) cleaning out 9 animals (haha), shopping and a few more I've forgot, I will think and then write the rest later  X Thought of some more  Tennis, diving and normal swimming, how did I forget the sport that's as nearley as important as horse riding to me?! I must have been ill yesterday...Very ill
